In der Rauminstallation ergänzen sich Fotofragmente, Souvenirs und Urlaubsklischees zu einer poetischen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Topos des Sehnsuchtsortes.
Die Auswahl der einzelnen Arbeiten erfolgt entsprechend dem architektonischen Ambiente. Die Installationsansicht zeigt eine Videoprojektion (AZUR, 2002), einen Präsentationstisch (BRISE TROPICALE, 2016) und ein Puzzle (2012).

The installation shows stereotypes of holiday resorts and combines souvenirs and photographic fragments. The installation offers the ingredients for an individual paradisiacal place of yearning.
Installation and selection of works depends on the ambience and architectural situation of the exhibition space.

Die Projektionsfläche von AZUR zeigt den Ausschnitt eines Sonnenschirms, dessen
blaue Plastikfäden leise im Wind rascheln. Der Ausstellungsraum ist nur mäßig abgedunkelt.
Das Abgebildete entzieht sich aufgrund des Nahaufnahme des gewählten Ausschnitts, Bildinformation löst sich auf... zu sehen sind bewegte Streifen in diversen Blautönen, das Videobild wird zur abstrakten Farbfläche.
The exhibition room is only moderately darkened. Part of a sunshade is projected on the wall. Blue plastic strips rustle quietly in the wind, illustration remains abstract due to the chosen section of the frame.
The flowing ease of the flying threads is taken up by the sound:
noise from nearby beach and waverushing, fragments of discussions and pop music catch the overall atmosphere of leisure.
